Today was a pretty eventful day. Got up at the usual nine o’clock am and had my usual cup of coffee. The rest of the day however, was anything but usual.

First, Wes and I went to Walgreens and I bought some wax. I am sick of shaving because my roomates always yell at me for taking too long in the shower. Actually, it does take a bit because I shave my legs, arms, and chest. Why? It makes me feel sleek and fast! Anyway, I bought the wax and read the instructions. I applied the green goo to my arms and stuck the white paper to it and pulled. It hurt and I did not even get all of the hair. I think I might have got every other hair. Maybe I have to grow it out?

At least it was not as bad as the Nair debocle in Arkansas when I Naired my chest. My stomach ended up red and bloody and my nipples oozed for days. I had a hard time wearing a shirt for a while. At least I fit in with the Arkansas locals by going shirtless. The only thing I was missing was some rotten teeth and a big pickup truck!

Later in the afternnon I did the usual Wednesday night mountain bike ride with Tom Schuler. It was fun and filled with the usual crashes. Tom had the best crash of the evening where he took some good skin off of his elbow and leg. It looked pretty cool. I brought a banana and ended up dropping two thirds of it in the dirt. I was hungry the rest of the ride.

To cap the evening off Wes and I found two cute girls behind the radiator (picture) in our room. They really did not have too much to say but that is okay because Wes gets sort of nervous around girls and doesn’t talk that much. I really think they like us though. Tom even got to meet them when he came over to check out the new house.

Tom was pretty impressed with the house. We have furniture, digital cable television, wireless internet, stove, and fridge. Thanks to everyone who helped us out! Billy for letting me live with him for a bit. Franks mom and dad for the stove and fridge. Steph and Mrs. B. for tons of cool stuff. Tim Leroy for more furniture, and many others.

Later,
