The weather of late has been awesome here in Boulder…..warm, sunny, and yes it has been windy but a little wind is good for you!  I did manage to get blown off of highway 36 the other day by a big gust and rode down into the ditch on my top tube which felt rather lovely on my “boys!”

Yesterday Frank and I took a little six hour spin up north to Fort Collins since we both have never been there before.  I rate Fort Collins mainly because of the excellent Mesa’s in the area!

Aside from riding and smashing the shit out of some weights at the gym not much else has been going on.  I am going back home to northern Wisconsin on Sunday for a few days (mom don’t forget to pick me up at the airport) which I am looking forward to.

Then on the 22nd I am off to Grand Rapids, Michigan to hang with coach Olson before coming back to Boulder on the 23rd.
