Frank how does it feel to be about 1/7th as good as me? The scary thing is though that you are still kind of good!

i think i remember having to slave away for the team all day. i believe i actually watched you go off the front and giggle to myself, knowing that you were going to be in the box, by yourself, for a lONG time. what happened when wohlberg caught you? from what i heard, you couldn’t even pull a turn. so you sat on him for the next lap or so, then got dropped? shit.

hey. i have an idea. how bout you go switch your stem, saddle, and cranks for a day or two (maybe change them again before the race on sunday), then go ride to the gym for some mid-season lifting, cuz that’s always a good idea. and of course you can ride there cuz “the wetness has sunken into the roads”

last i checked i have lived in this house longer than you. so maybe you should head back to california and take your shit weather with you. it was nice here until you showed up a couple days ago after all. maybe cali will fall into the ocean while you are there?

hey! i did 3 hours this afternoon. mall-walking is training too. and it’s a full body workout when you are making purchases- carrying bags is tough work. but seriously, i think i hate you.
