OUCH!
Uncategorized July 11th, 2007Holy bejesus today’s first stage of the Cascade Cycling Classic was hard for me! It is always great for the confidence to be completely knackered after the first day of a hard tour and apparently today was the easy day…son of a…. In my defense we did have to roll on the front for a bit which only brought me from about 97% miserable to around the 100% miserable mark! I guess it was just one of those days ( I checked to see if my brakes were rubbing half a dozen times) because I do not think the stage was that hard…right?
Hey it is me after the stage with a massive case of CBF syndrome…for those not down with the lingo that means “Can’t be F*%&ed” to do anything! Things like putting on shorts, showering, eating (can be a good thing), or just plain moving becomes a chore!
Okay, I should go and try to pin my numbers on a clean jersey.
Maybe my roommate Scotty can pin my numbers on for me??? That might be too much to ask since he already puts up with my nakedness. It is a bit hot up on the second story thus, I kick off all of my sheets when I sleep at night which normally would be fine. However, I like to “airate” when I sleep (Doctors Orders by the way) Therefore, if Scotty peeks over the couch when he awakes there might be a special surprise in store for him!
Anyway, tomorrow is another mountain top finish…BJM did awesome today and got 4th in today’s mountain top finish so hopefully we can keep him fresh for the finish tomorrow.
later, g.
PS. Yes, I did shower after the race…just wanted to clarify so all of the cute girls who read this don’t think I am completely disgusting!
PPS. Speaking of CBF syndrome…I wonder what Mike Jones is up to?

Hey Emily by telling me to use the treadmill are you insinuating that I am a lardo? Thanks for the self confidence.
Hey muchachogrande…I think I heard that one before…my mom has been telling me the same thing for the last 25 years!
