Was going to post some pictures of the Denver Roller Derby a bunch of us went to last week but still having a couple of issues with the new page.  Hopefully these issues get ironed out and I will be able to upload some pictures of cute girls skating with silver underwear skating around in circles hitting each other….good stuff!

In the meantime Tommy Z. is picking me up in an hour and we are off to Savannah, GA for the Tour of Georgia!  It will be my first team race since Tour of California so I am excited and nervous at the same time.

First off, I would like to say congrats to my teammate Grahamo for winning the local Tokyo Joe’s Crit yesterday in Golden…great job Graham!

Lastly, I would like to say sorry to the driver who I unknowingly pissed off yesterday and thanks for the lovely note that you left on my jeep!  Good use of punctuation though…

Must have been texting, looking at the map, eating, and using my pee bottle while driving with my knee so I did not even notice!

By now I am sure you have noticed that I got a new look to my site…unless you are color blind or completely blind for that matter! Anyway, thank you Curtis from Missingsaddle for revamping my site.

The only downside is that the updating process if a bit different and I cannot figure out how to upload photos…ugh! I really hate getting used to change…once I get things figured out something new comes along!

Was going to post some pictures of Frank and I riding today but that is a no go for the moment.  Hopefully I figure this picture thing out ’cause tonight Frank, Steph, Randy, and I are going to watch the Denver Roller Dolls! Yep, I am going to my first ever roller derby!  Think I might bring some of my playing cards to hand out to the Roller Dolls…

Woke up to snow once again this morning but since I am up for a bit of an easy day it is a welcome sight!  Aside from drinking a pot of coffee this morning and running a few errands not much is going on.  Ooohh, actually this afternoon my good friend who is in town for the weekend is going to take me rock climbing…part of the “climb Everest some day down the road” training plan.

Yesterday Jonny and I raced the Koppenburg circuit race which was hard and windy then did a little motorpacing where afterwards I decided that I like 172.5 mm cranks. Hendy (Greg Henderson) is fast and he rides 172.5’s or that is at least what his wonderful fiance told me this morning…so they must be right for me!

I cannot say enough about how good the local racing is here in Colorado!
